Ian Cawley – Director
Ian has worked in finance almost exclusively, barring a short stint in software support, since leaving college. He had 2 spells at multi-national companies (Unichem PLC & Bestfoods) before joining a small, local accountancy practice in 2001.
Following the closure of that Ian joined Jackson-Scott Associates, working at the Ewell office, as senior accounts assistant in 2008.
Ian soon became a valued member of staff with his knowledge of tax and accounting systems. He became a director in 2012 and has taken on the role of overseeing the introduction of cloud-based accounting systems into the practice and guiding clients through the new process.
With the onset of Making Tax Digital his knowledge of these systems is invaluable.
